Currently our dispatch times are up to to 20 working days from proof approval. Products are sent via Royal Mail or ParcelForce and tracking information is provided.Samples
Dispatched within 5 working days.How it works
1. Place your order.
2. You will receive a confirmation email from us.
3. We will ask for all of your wedding stationery details & wording, including any customisation you require such as colour or design changes.
4. We will send you a digital proof for you to see your stationery exactly how it will look.
5. At this point, any amendments you require can be made prior to printing.
6. We will then send another digital proof for you to check that all spelling is correct and you are happy with any changes you have made. (we can repeat this process as many times as it takes to get your stationery perfect for you).
7. Once you are 100% happy with the digital proofs, and you have checked all details are correct once again, we will go ahead and print.
Please note:
Any spelling mistakes that are incorrect after printing, will require full payment once again, so please check your digital proofs thoroughly prior to us printing.
Returns
I am extremely proud of the quality of our products and our high level of customer service, and I’m sure that you’ll be absolutely delighted with any orders you place with Purely Bespoke. However, if any items arrive damaged, you cand send it back to us and we will replace the item free of charge.
This is not a gimmick; it is a genuine guarantee that’s there to give you peace of mind when ordering online. I am confident in our products and our exceptional service and I’m sure you’ll be over the moon with both but if you need to return an item simply send it back to us for a full replacement.
