  • Can I personalise the Invitations?
    Yes all of our printing is completely bespoke. We can print any wording of your choice to suit you.
  • How do I submit my wording?
    Once you’ve placed a full order, all you need to do is reply to your order confirmation either attaching your wording in a word document or typed directly onto an email at: info@purely-bespoke.co.uk. Please ensure you’ve checked all your spelling and grammar before sending it to us as we only format the wording we don’t review all the details.
  • Will I receive a digital proof?
    Yes, we will produce a digital PDF proof for you to check that all of the details are correct, make any changes and approve before we print. We don’t proceed to the printing process until we have recieved your emailed proof approval.
  • Is there a word limit?
    No there’s not a word limit but please be mindful of the size of the card. If there’s a lot of text then please contact us to upgrade to the double sided option for the information card. If there’s too much text we will advise you to upgrade to a double sided print if you haven’t ordered one or reduce the text as required.
  • Can you print in foreign languages?
    Yes, however we would be reliant upon you for a full and concise translation. The completed design would be sent to you in a draft format for approval before printing.
  • Can I see a sample of my personalised wording?
    Absolutely, we want your Wedding Stationery 100% perfect for you. Therefore, unlike our competitors, we offer fully personalised samples so you can see your Stationery exactly how it will look. This gives you further insight in to the quality of our products and to allow you see if you would like any further changes making prior to ordering with us.
  • How long does it take for my Invitations to arrive?
    Once you have ordered with us and have approved your designs, we order the materials and begin the creation process. The timing of your order will impact the delivery time, During our peak season, please allow up to 20 working days for your order to arrive, out of peak season, this time will decrease.
  • Can I alter one of your designs?
    Yes, all our designs can be adjusted to suit your individual style. All you need to do is email info@purely-bespoke.co.uk with your ideas and we’ll provide you with a bespoke quotation or Click here for more information.
  • How do I order more Invitations?
    We have a minimum order of 10 for repeat orders. Order in the usual way, in the comments box at the checkout just tell us that it’s a repeat order. We hold all your wording on file, right up until your big day.
